Project scope
Land Clearing & Site Preparation
Site preparation starts with understanding the property: what has to come off, what stays, where equipment can get in, and where material can go. Tell us the parcel and the intended result and we will walk the scope with you.

What this work can include
- Lot and homesite clearing
- Underbrush and grubbing
- Stump and root removal
- Building pad and driveway prep
- Debris staging and disposal planning
- Access and staging layout
What we'll ask you
These details decide the equipment, the sequence, and the permits. Having them ready makes the estimate faster and far more accurate.
- Approximate acreage and the result you need
- Narrowest access width, gate, surface, and slope
- Known well, septic, overhead power, or easements
- Whether cleared material stays on site or leaves
Scope, permitting responsibility, and pricing are confirmed after a site review. We will tell you directly if any part of the job needs a differently licensed trade.
